About Coleman's CAPCO Services

Coleman's CAPCO Services, LLC was named for Carolee & Paul Coleman and was established in 1976 while they were stationed in Holland. They owned the Stars & Stripes bookstore on base and became involved in serving the personnel individually. Realizing the need for a 'service oriented' company, Paul & Carolee set out to make that the goal of the company.  Upon returning to the United States in August of 1982, they began managing residential rental property. In 2012 Paul passed away and Carolee continued this legacy of 'service orientation' with the assistance of her daughter Sabrina, as an Associate. In 2024, Carolee decided it was time to retire and sold the company to log time friends Aaron and Amanda Gardner.
